Dude i have problems with the build events as of late. When i go 200 builds and only get 3 of the event ships (7 boise, 2 san Franciscos, 3 archerfishes and not even a single UR in 200 builds, thats a flag of the build rates need a bit more fine tweaking. Especially if you only give at most 2 weeks for a UR build event. Most of the event ships i got were in between the 100-200 builds btw.

I'm sure, a lot of people opened their post to build NJ as fast as possible. As long she has garant, the ton of NJ building in first day are easy explainable
If RNG hits me hard in PvP, I just close and restart the game for a second chance. I think that needs to be addressed before going anywhere else in PvP, otherwise your solution will still be counteracted by this
Yes but i don't remember this many URs dropping first day when compared to Shinano. Though it might just be related to NJs popularity tho

the Uber meta is just follow the meta of which bote is good for a purin pvp farm and that’s it
i feel like pity should be there for gold ships too, around 8-9% of people hit pity with UR and an even smaller for gold and elites, its sad when you have to build an unlimited time for ships just because of RNG
maybe a event ship envelope at 200 builds
building 200+ times for a purple isnt fun and it doesnt make people play your game, it makes people give up and quit
A suggestion
the exp cap of 3M on lvl 120s should be increased so the ship in question will keep keep their usefulness in PR grinding even after they reach the exp cap.
fyi, even if theyre capped at 3M, theyll still contribute to PR grind

almost every game has a stupidly long maint announcement, that does not mean it will be 6 hours
every game I know also announces a long maint for something super minor like a small event, but they always end it much much earlier than how long they said it would be
the 6 hours is a grace period, not a guarantee, it means not much
ehh, if there's just a little maintenance, they also do 4h announces
When scrolling through event stories in the Memories tab, it would be nice to give them some sort of visual (one of the ships from the event, event symbol, etc) to tell them apart easier. Kind of like how secretary quests have a picture of the ship
Z-Flag and VH armor plate getting added in prototype core shop or merit shop eventually would be much appreciated, or of course just a rerun of their respective mini-events. If purchasable through shop, perhaps good to have as a one time purchase only(?). It's great that Warspite and Sandy's retrofit items are permanent for all to obtain, but seeing as these 2 auxiliary equips are far less significant than 2 of the strongest ships in the game, I would hope that they could be in consideration for being added or reran at some point.
Each of them have their unique look, its just used in the memories itself. Thry coild just apply them there too (as we do on the wiki). I recall it being added to collected feedback ages ago. Still a good idea
And please tie the event story to them (as the 2 other items should too). Some of us do want to get as much memory unlocked as possible, as far as collab allows anyway.
Or what about just unlocking the memory things for events that won't ever rerun? I mean EN will never seen the scenes of the first Maid battle royal event.

Having skills go off 100% of the time would be a real pain for ships like Enterprise & Hiryou who have "screw you I'm untouchable for 8 seconds oh look your advantage is gone now." I already hate seeing those skills appear on the enemy side as it is. I just want my points so I can afford another Bulin/Purin.
increase the chance on getting record files. its hard to farm them
I recommend raising ships that are better suited for pvp. If you really want to use Hood, then switch up your other ships in your fleet to compensate for her barrage potentially not proccing. Certain ships are better in different settings and scenarios. It's part of what makes the game fun/strategic - building fleets to synchronize strengths and compensate for weaknesses. 100% proccing for all ships in pvp exclusively would change the way ships interact too much to remain consistent with the game as it is. The meta game would degenerate into everyone using Helena for 100% Radar Scan and Enterprise for 100% Lucky E. The pvp meta is more diverse than it has been in years with the implementation of the new CV mechanics, the new Italian ships, and the new US ships. We should protect the vast level of viability and should be worshipping the ground the devs walk on for giving us non-game-breaking tools/skills/ships to counter the uber-dominant IJN stall meta that demolished indisputably for far too long to be enjoyable. Would like to pre-emptively voice again that we need a loading screen selection option, cause there's another unflattering Kashino one according to a Japanese twitter post I just saw. I know people like Kashino, I'm not upset she exists, I just don't wanna see huge boobs on my loading screens when I'm playing. It's not as bad as the bunny one, but it's still a thing. (didn't like the one last year with St Louis in the car, either, honestly)

They already deleted that one out of the memory menu for EN
wiki generates skill description from the game code at this point, we don't just copy the in-game description any more
make dock expansion and stuff coin cost its hard for f2p players to get gems
that's the point. You get around ~3000 gems entirely free as a pure F2P player. If you want QoL improvements you have to pay for it, they're a company not a charity.

Can TB do not speak when I go to this thing. That is losing of a lot time. Or if not, than it would be good if auto walk will avoid that. Of course I could move every single tile, but nobody does this. Moving every single tile makes sense by fire usw. but this is not a negative effect, so it would be fair if auto walk will avoid this

it's been a while, but is there any news on the loading screen option, like either disable any artwork from showing or make it show sfw only? I believe this is highly requested and is wondering if it's been even brought up to the devs?

Tried putting 48 DR prints to Drake prints and it was hell. The + button is TINY, doesn't accept holding and if you click a pixel besides it (which is easy on a phone) the entire menu closes and you can start from 1 again.

i have literally always held them down, but knowing how spaghetti the game code is something might have broke after latest patch

Hey yall! I just wanted to gove my compliments for the SP stage this time! The stage itself is fine, but the the sound track that plays in the background instead of normal battle music, and it being translated, is just amazing.
That and I love the sound track!
It easily makes it the best stage of the event lol. that and it giving 800 currency is always great

what are you trying to do that makes the tutorial frustrating? it is supposed to help new players, hence its longness
a tutorial reform has gotten some feedbacks, but its nothing about making it shorter, only clearer for new players, which will probably make it longer
i don't mind the length as much as i hate how it's unskipable and you can't do a single thing deviating from that. veteran players who are making new account for whatever reason don't need to sit through the entire 20 minute tutorial again
its so new users cannot skip it
i understand it is for the new players, but there are also players who are not new and already know how to do everything in the tutorial. why do they need to be forced to sit through that entire thing again?

I can't remember what they're called because it's been too long for me, but there are those one-time missions for new players to go through that included limit breaking Portland and things. They'd be right next to the commander level on the home screen.
Maybe for as long as the player is still on the Easy missions, there'd be a great, big "Missed the tutorial?" button somewhere on the home screen for the players to click, and then when they moved on from Easy missions, that button is made smaller and tucked away?

I wanna throw my own coins onto the whole "button is small" issue with ship blueprints. So often I'll go to hit Max and the game just closes out the menu cause I was a hair off of the button somehow. This isn't exclusive to that but anything that uses the same set-up, such as buying books in the Guild store, or changing selections in Guild missions. The buttons are very small and my fingers are not the size of a stylus.
Worst one affected by the "clicking outside closes the menu" is the pause button cause you pause to see a notification or smth and doing so closes the menu rendering both the pause and continue button absolutely useless
Regarding a skippable tutorial, I don't really mind it not being skippable in principle as it's supposed to be one time only per account, when I really hated that it's not skippable is when it just started playing again when I went to some stage in chapter 2 or something for a mission and it taught me how to setup a second fleet...
So yeah, I guess I'd be in favour of a skippable and reviewable tutorial

Can we please get more PR gear added to the Gear Lab? Why is something like Neptune's gun there but not Bofors STAAG?
It's even worse since there is little reason to do PR1 research over PR2 for gear since PR2 has the rainbow gun which PR1 does not include.

Huh? Not even talking about why you would want that, it already asks you for confirmation if you replace gear on a ship with gear from a different ship, so just tap cancel when that message comes up?^^
I'd rather have the opposite:
Make gear sets actually useful by making them take gear from shipgirls that for example aren't engaged atm.
Then you could also make a button like "equip fleet" which would equip all ships in the fleet with their first gear set

it's our own fault if we mess it up, it would make it so maps that you cant obtain stars on would have auto clear too 
I'm not really sure on why theres restrictions on auto clear anyway, if anything it's kinda irritating to clear it like 5-6 to 100% anyway
Im pretty sure having to clear it to 100% to engage auto clear is just there so that you still need some engagement to the game to actually play it, it would be a bit too good imo if we just got auto clear right off the bat

Just a bit of feedback not that I think the translations are wrong, i dont know what the originals were, it was probably the same as english. but archerfishes special touch in her bunny suit doesn't really suit her
All her other interactions are teasing and playful and forward but her special touch is like she takes a 180 turn and suddenly she isn't, maybe its supposed to be her personality who knows but I just know it doesnt really fit
it fits with her regular special touch, with that all talk no bite personality

I think it would be a good idea to change the mechanic of BBs a bit. I mean, make shooting like airstrike launch by CVs. I mean, we should not have a huge gap between shoots of BBs when they are ready to shoot. Because if you have 3 BBs with same CD you lose ≈3 sec for shooting by the last one. This breaks a lot of timings and is simply nervous because you know that you lose 3 seconds which could give you the fourth shoot.
yeah i think a good idea would be that you can select a toggle that uses your targetting to fire all bb salvos available at the time (or for auto to wait until all your bb's are off cooldown to fire at once) 
And it should not be a huge cooldown between shooting like now if timings of BBs are a bit different

So I have a suggestion for a quality of life change. You know when your dock is full and you get the 3 buttons: expand, enhance and sort. When you click "enhance" it shows your entire dock and you can choose which ship to enhance. The problem is that it also shows the ships that are maxed out and can't be enhanced anymore. I think it would be nice if it showed only the enhanceable ships so we don't have to click until we find one that can be enhanced.
that's what the "enhancable" filter is for
you can use filters to show ships that can be enchanced
but it would be neat if it was set by default when you click it

Yeah, if you go to dock, in the top right you can select a bunch of filters to sort by, but as Akagi added, it really should filter by "Enhanceable" by default if you press Enhance

I've been meaning to bring that up, actually. I really don't see much point in warning players they can't "change their line up" for guild missions since 1) it doesn't stop you using them normally and 2) what possible reason would you have for changing them? Recommend already puts in the best choices (especially since I can't make heads or tails of how they determine effectiveness) and those missions are almost always one at a time, anyays.
and even when they aren't, the requirements don't usually overlap

Im having a good time farming the event cause it gives actual good equipment, instead of that one gun thats more trouble than worth and you wont end up using cause more common ones are better, wish more events also gave worthy BPs

Another (imo slightly worse, but still better than now) option would be for coordinate loggers to just not be opened by default, so you can open them only if you actually want to do them.

the loggers you get from cats / end of a explorable (lethal) map and the ones from shop are auto opened
the loggers from missions, star rewards and exchange shop are not
I'd like to be able to see the fleets my crewmates have used in the Guild Operations final fight against the Siren. If I can see what fleets others have brought to my Ashes Showdown fight, I'm sure this can be done too
Why is Azuma's wedding outfit nothing like the other Sakura style wedding gowns? Every time I see it I think I'm looking at an Eagle or Royal ship.
Azuma's oath skin has a similar design to Atagos though

I've never actually seen Atago's oath gown, but the question still remains as to why the sudden deviation from what the others are like.

If on map is Stronghold, Logger and Abyssal, Save and cleared danger zone, you can choose where to go
You can go directly to a mission if you click information then click on the mission btw
They patched it a while back so instead of taking you to a useless map like it did before, it takes you to the good map so you can immediately spend AP and jump right in to the missions :WarShrug:
I'm very glad it takes you directly there now, it was always so pointless before.

I wonder if we can get more archive updates with its ships become permanent faster since looks like we're too slow (like only get 2 this year) on those update compared to rest servers (already update 4 new archive this year)
Also, pleaso don't force to add rate up if It makes archive update schedule so slow since looks like you guys don't want to update archive at the same time as events (unlike other servers that often update while also update events at the same time. They already did many times) bc of forced rate up

Would like to throw in another vote for Coordinate Loggers not auto-opening. While I don't mind them being lower ranked locations, it'd be nice if the map was clean so I could only open them when I want to tackle some. That's a personal preference, I understand, but having them only opened on our choosing would make a lot of folks happy, I'd reckon.
Already pointed it out earlier, it's probably whatever artist wants to do, so kinda lack of quality control over skins, it's the same guy who's responsible for Atago and Takao. It's bad imo, there's no reason why they're like this, but he actually managed to do Takao properly 
its the same artist so....seeing similarities is normal if you know who that person is ||(known for using the same face)||

Can I rant again how they have a confirmation box for swapping META skills even if you can swap them freely and HAVE to swap them to check which ones still have xp to gain (for example from doing ashes or ops missions). None of which would be an issue... IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO CONFORM EVERY DAMN SWAP, for zero reason since you can just swap back instantly on misclick.
Could we actually have MAJOR events taking three weeks be a normal thing?
With more past events being archived, it actually leaves a lot of time for the newer events to get a longer duration.
PLUS it IS an event that has a Buildable UR, so having enough time to gather cubes and coins to try and get a pity New Jersey helps.
The problem is, it's one week of boring. I don't think this is a good idea
Not to mention reruns already take 18 months... how long do you need to wait if you extend all events by 50%. Have fun waiting 24+ months for a rerun?

We got event, rerun, archive. As Thorin stated the only way to "just speed it up" is drop reruns entirely.
Dropping reruns will also mean less ships per event meaning that we'll need more events meaning that we'll still need reruns cause an event takes time to make
Operation siren needs to be bi-monthly. It's just too much grinding for it to reset per month. All that effort and the. poof. That 5000 fuel needs to be changed to something else to motivate farming. Im using my fuel to level my shipgirls and farm for Choukai, events and etc.
Myself and certain others have been noted doing bare minimum for it.
From the perspective as someone who clears opsi in 1-2 days after each reset, after about 1 week(ish) there's literally nothing left to do in opsi other than doing missions (if even that) and waiting for strongholds. Making them Bi-monthly wouldn't really make them any better.

Yeah I agree the rewards aren't up to par, but that's unrelated to the reset and no reason to extend the boring period any longer than it has to be. "Secured Zones" are DULL and you spend the most time on them, don't make them even more prominent (Also weep in spebding 40AP to clear one and hit an Akashi selling you 400AP back)

I would like for at least events that feature an UR to run 3 weeks standard. All the other events can be two weeks still. But the extra week would be nice for people who aren't in RNG's favor for rolling the gacha UR.
I was that guy with Shinano. Didn't build her in 200 builds, had to use the pity copy. Was luckier this time around with NJ, but I'd never wish that upon someone, having to build to pity just to get the UR.
I was kinda keeping silent, but I do sorta feel that some major events seem to warrant the 3 week period, whereas most events only really need 2. Something like this with Ultra Rares and multiple SSRs and such do seem like they should be 3 weeks to make sure most players can get them.
Alledgedly thursday patch weeklies give 300 vouchers a WEEK, which is 6 Adaptive Tuning things. So Adaptive Tuning might aswell be thrown out the window now.
Took me about 9 days to finally get my last ship, Boise, even though I had all the others within about 3 days. I know that's just RNG, but if I'd hit the last day and still not gotten her I'd be stressing. Especially when coins trickle in and I still have lots of cubes. Plus the whole "Limit Break most of the ships" eats up a lot of coins, too.
I mean... it took me 300 builds to get Nagato, its not really unique to URs. Then again that might use a pity that can count for all ships.
I've seen it suggested somewhere before, might've been here or Twitter, that a "choose your own event ship" for the safety net might be a good idea. Especially for non UR ones, where the last freaking ship just refuses to come home.

No, it'd be like those Invitations you get. Where after you hit the Pity Mark, it offers you a choice of which ship you get.

This is why I suggest it only be for UR events. Naturally they're going to be more desirable, and they statistically have the worse pull rate compared to normal SSRs. (1.2% vs. 7% + a 0.5-2% rate up) For me personally, I'm fine missing an SSR in a normal event. It sucks yeah, but there will be a re-run eventually. Missing an UR would be even worse imo. They're just so meta defining usually that it stings that much more if you miss them, plus it can be tough getting to the pity in 2 weeks if you don't spend gems on cubes and/or coins as it's a lot of resources. The lower pull rate compared to SSRs already means you might not see an UR until you hit the pity.
And this whole thing is an example on why gacha URs was a bad idea, ppl already complained about SRs... adding smth even more desirable for tryhards leads to more complains

It made sense them been powerful since they were hard/expensive to get but now you're at the mercy of luck to get one without effort
Plus it sets a bad feeling for people who farmed all the way to get their DR ships to dev 30 just to be outmatched by a gacha ship, hopefully there will be a fate sim for DR ships when PR4 comes like people are saying...
i think power creep just comes with the game though, lots of other ships are just left for dead now with no retro no nothing, its kinda sad (i heard they were planning some feature to help older ships? but i have no idea at this point its been a long time since i heard that)
Hoping that when the catch up for PR2 comes, we can get 300 DR prints like PR cause if you're giving URs like candies and even guaranting them after a number of pulls but reduce the number of DR prints just really 🖕
Pretty sure elites are hardest to pull, followed by sr, followed by UR. 1.2% might seem low, but it doesnt share it so you dont get 5 copies of one and none of the other, or another Eugen, which totally tips it over compared to any other pool. People get too hung on the percentages alone.
here's an idea: make map resetting a manual thing, and unlock it after you clear all sectors
maybe have a warning for when you are trying to reset and still have items available in shops or loggers in your inventory
It’s probably been mentioned before, but it would be great if auto search went to ammo nodes, if there are any, when running out of ammo, and it would also be nice if we’re able to prioritize the node type that it chooses (1*, 2*, 3*) 
I don't think powercreep was too bad in AL until NJ came along was soo blantantly stronger than FDG. FDG's power level should act as a ceiling and you should balance future DR/UR BBs around her to an extent and the same goes with Shinano. Now this would never happen and probably an unpopular opinion but I think NJ should be nerfed and brought down to the same power level as FDG. Give her strengths over FDG of course but she should come with weaknesses compared to FDG.

This is bad idea. The hardest in event is, you don't know, you will spend 100 cubes for whole pull or 600+ cubes. If you could choose one ship that means that gacha has 4 ships, not 5, which can save you 100+ cubes in certain cases. Therefore I'm against that. The better way would be like with URs. (URs are the easiest ships to gain Bcs of garant). For example every 200 builds (400 cubes) you can choose one of every gacha pull ships. Or just let this like it's now, now it's good

Could the game not suggest a totally random server when you log in with a bound account after reinstalling the game? Seeing the tutorial almost gave me a heart attack
it is not totally random, it will always automatically default to the newest server, Amagi
as to redirect users to newer servers rather than older ones since its a fresh install, it should and does assume you are a new player
I think the best way it wouldwork is to switch to the server you have an account on, but some people have multiple accounts on different servers
but I believe its been suggested to switch it to a server with account data on it after logging in

Suggestion regarding research system, instead of researches giving random blueprints please give us 'universal blueprints' instead. This way we can actually focus on using all bp on one ship instead of spreading the bps thru ships we want to develop later or may not want. Everything else can stay the same. (If anyone disagrees with my opinion please give some explanation because i genuinely believe this change can make overall research system much better)
Im disagree, the reason is, researches are the luck thing, if you got universal BP, the pr ship would be as easy as possible, and PR ship will not be so hard achieved goal like it's now. If everyone get one PR after 1 months of researches without spending tons of gold and cubes it will be really unfair for people who did that before. Also it won't help with DR ships because DR BPs just do not drop.

NJ powercrept FdG, Abruzzi is on par with other PR torps/cruisers... you will grind as long as waiting for it and in that time you're constantly using coins/cubes for rng in a much bigger scale, dont see them making weaker ships in the future either
Honestly if they asked me whats better, would say to wait for the rerun cause it ends up cheaper for an equal/better product

This is a lot of back and forth for what is essentially an already existing game feature ( in practical terms D-XXX researches let you finish specific ships significantly faster )

Universal blueprints will definitely allow you to get DRs much faster than you can now, so I doubt that will happen, or even worse if universal prints get added they might not be usable for DRs

I'm so sorry, I seem to be under the impression that building 200 freaking ships is a lot of resources. You act as if everyone has access to that many coins and cubes. Unless you're whaling, in which case you don't give a shit anyways, coins are a massive bottleneck to building ships. Older players like myself may have the cubes now, but coins continue to trickle in. It took me 9 days just to pull 167 times, which finally got me Boise. I already had three freaking New Jersey's. So you "disagree" that the pity system itself is useless? That's what I'm taking from your comment.

So I would like to extend my discussion regarding the research system. After reading others comments it does seem like making all bp universal certainly makes getting ships to dev30 easier. But I'd like to explain why I said what said. I started doing pr3 last month. In one month i've gotten 40+ chesire, 30+ Drake, 35 Mainz, 40+ Odin and 20+ Chamoy bps. My main focus was (Drake, chesire) for which i've gotten a decent amount. I've also finished farming Drake, Chesire and champy xp. Looking at my progress u can see all my bps are spread out and event if i submit my cube and coin and make chesire it's pointless becuz she'd be too to be even used. But if instead of getting random odin, champy, mainz bps if i'd gotten the same no. of universal bps then my chesire bps would have been 100+ which is nearly 1/3 done. TLDR: I want the devs to let us actually focus on finish developing one ship to its max dev lvl without constantly getting throttled by RNG and I am not asking to make things easy like reduce cost of research or no. of bp required. I just dont want to waste my resources on things I dont want and get frustated. Working on one ship bp for 3-4 months very frustrating. (Mods, if my posts are breaking any rules just let me off with a warning this time ; it's my first time having a discussion in this thread)

How about promoting community spirit or whatever you would call it/making better stuff for guilds instead of diminishing them??? Maybe after 5 years we will actually get 3rd guild op for month ♿, so guilds which are active have actually something to do for last 10 days or so 
But you're not supposed to focus on one ship and screw the others? If that was the case why would D drop other ship prints too? As for adding universal to G, why would you ever bother with D then? Sure research could use an upgrade but I'm not sure this is the way.
id like more gold plates via operators (or a harder op with more plates), but saying it diminishing the community aspect is a farce. most people dont talk to the people in their guild at all cause the chat is terrible and AL is designed to be played without looking at your phone. your best option is to try and convince people to join a discord and hope they're sociable. not being in a guild is still a massive disadvantage to ample guild shop points and monthly gold plates

I feel like universal prints just goes around it anyway, whats the problem with giving the player more choice? The way pr is set up now is just to force players to engage in pr until its all completed instead of beelining one or two of them and then stopping. Players will still get the same amount of prints just allowing them to allocate them as they see fit instead of being held to RNG (which will pretty much share the prints equally no matter how hard you try to target ships). I feel like it will make the ships a lot easier to use earlier than "oh i guess im waiting for 3 months until I can actually use PR ships because theyre not as good as modern event ships until dev 25+"

honestly, id rather they scrapped guilds all together and had a joint server thing. Server wide bosses were pretty cool but theyve only had like 2 of them
Considering how clunky regular guild chat is, I can only imagine how much worse it'd be if guilds were server sized. Whenever I check guild chat it typically takes 10-20 seconds just to appear and always put me at messages from several days ago. I won't even leave the main chatbox on since the World chat is the default and it's often juvenile or offensive when I checked it. Although, in a similar vein, my guild frequently mentions how dead the guild chat is since most players don't want to deal with it. Which I suppose I can understand.
What do you guys think about fewer but longer battles? I don't like that some battles are really quick since my ships are really powerful so the battle takes like 5 secs. My aircrafts never get a chance. And the combined time of clicking for a node, waiting on the loading screen, and spamming the Battle and confirm button feel longer than the actual battle. I think it would be more fun if we were able to battle for longer than wait for the in between stuff.
I'm not opposed to that idea, but I'm not sure what that would change. Do we add more mobs per node? do we make them harder to kill? From what perspective is this? farming 7-2 with an overleveled fleet or just starting a new map for the first time?
There's a lot of variables that goes into that, and I don't want to potentially spend more time in trivial battles then I already am.

so then i only have to do the loading screen for 1 battle and complete the map
Pretty sure longer battles will consume more battery. This still is a mobile game... even if Siren Strongholds definitely don't remember. And it makes it harder to just boot up a quick session and do a battle or 2 then switch phone off again.
I still periodically get crashed back to the phone's desktop just traveling from one battle to the next without any loading screen involvement. It'll happen when it goes to bring up the fleet check screen. I used to think it was only happening when it went to load, but it's happened during this event's SP which doesn't have fleet lock.
Does it happen when you would have gotten notifications? Then you need the appstore update. Also #tech-support would be the place to ask next time

Well I wouldn't take it too personally, perhaps some of your suggestions may have come across too strongly to begin with? Given that this is a public channel, i'm pretty sure some healthy discourse is to be expected when you state your opinions (especially when they come into conflict with what most of us play this game for in the first place) 
As for the topic of loading screens itself, a toggle would indeed be the best solution for all parties (such that even those who don't mind what they see can selectively view their favorite screens among the batches of new ones that are released). The topic of what people want to see is subjective in the first place, so having something that allows us to bypass that would be rather welcome personally.
To take it a step further, perhaps said toggle (along with the loading screens we have released to date) could be implemented within the Gallery; if only to give it more of a use outside of viewing a select group of older loading screens. Given that the Gallery files download is optional (and can be done individually anyway) + doesn't really interfere with gameplay with its positioning on the lobby screen, even those with storage space concerns can utilise this feature effectively. 
They have to fix the gallery first though, been broken since like Universe in Unison o_o

For the Gallery, I actually thought it was originally going to be something in conjunction with the loading screens since it asks you if you want to download them. That would be a useful way to integrate it!

ive complainted several times that its annoying that you cant choose ships lines because of the added EX lines conflicting with skins, but Ark's oath skin not having her EX lines takes this to a whole different level.
While I understand the highlight where her nose is, is to indicate her nose I would like to point out that this may not be enough. She looks like she was not given a nose. If you look at Ark Royals Guardian of the Ball skin its close to the same angle as her oath skin just flipped. However her nose is clearly defined even by a subtle line. Possible just adding some sort of small line to help indicate her nose might give her the appearance of actually having a nose.

Instead of manually accepting guild missions over and over again, shouldn't there be some sort of pop up menu that tells you when it finishes and you can accept the mission from there? Going back and forth between the guild and home screen seems as if it is a bit time consuming?

That doesn't seem to be the issue at hand though, unless I still don't understand this. It's showing siren control is 20% in Rhen's screenshot here. You can see on the map there is still one boss available. If he kills that boss, it should decrease to 0. The way this bug is described, it sounds like the control would be 20% but no bosses would be alive
It could mean sirens by the actual sirens (the human looking ones) the last one left could just be one of those ship bosses

My understanding of the bug was wrong, but no one bothered to correct me 
The actual bug is that the "Siren nodes remaining" indicator in the right middle of the screen is showing 0, but there's clearly one siren left. This issue occurs when you allow the ambush siren to take over a friendly node, which increases the control % of the sirens but does not increase the number of siren nodes remaining. However, when you kill the ambush siren it decreases the siren control % and the siren nodes remaining by 1, causing a mismatch of how many nodes are actually left (even though the control % is correct)

Hey yall, I am just curious why the twin 76mm is in game in the gear lab. It cost a ridiculous amount and does poor dps.
Compared to the Type 96mm triple 25 in the sakura empire tree which cost significantly less like a third. It fires slower and does 7 less dmg.
If this massive font is meant to be an accessibility feature, it should togglable. It's huge, ugly, hard to read, has overlap issues, and is causing lag changing menus.

and AA isnt dictated by a single gun, its being averaged out through your fleet (average of fleet's AA range and reload, with the sum of the alpha damage) so
But yes, the price is absolutely insane compared to the type 96. Costing 45 Military grade processors, the 96 cost 15.

The main problem with just adding a second research slot right now would be the coin cost of supporting both.
If the research costs can be revised or larger amounts of coins can be more easily gained, two research slots would be a better solution.
Other than that, newer players will continue to complain that they can't catch up to older players, since both would benefit from this. Personally, I don't see this as a problem, older players have played the game for longer, of course they'll have more stuff.

Maybe instead of doing 2x research slots, give new players a certain amount of an item like the high efficency plans but for research (like doubling the drop amount)? it wouldnt increase resource cost and would only give a temporary edge to new players (assuming ofc that the amount of these items is limited and only given to commanders with a low enough cmdr level)

the whole game needs an actual UI designer to clean up its fonts - just look at the cattery, that thing alone uses half a dozen different fonts and font weights

It was fine before I think the OPS auto update(?) that added a bunch of fonts and screwed up the entire cattery. That one auto update caused a series of very strange issues that have yet to been fixed.

I had no idea that I could even participate without being connected to someone else until this one, only to find it ends before you can get the rewards. I agree that it should just allow you to connect with whoever. Who could you even invite without asking someone, and who is going to know their ID off the top of their head unless they're already playing and can look it up for you.
I don't really get why a mobile game have PC aspects.
I do understand that some players play on emulators but they can easily adjust the screen ratio.

While I understand that not everyone want's to see girls in revealing outfits, I don't think it's going to get changed any time soon, if, at all.
If we go by a toggle, there are multiple toggles. A "SFW" and "NSFW" toggle wouldn't work as if we go by this discords rules by what loading screens are deemed "NSFW", the loading screens that you don't want to see would still exist under said SFW tag and thus wouldn't change anything. (Of course someone else could have a different opinion, but having someone or multiple people go over every loading screen to see if its SFW or not is a lot of effort for a loading screen.)

While it would work, it would require them to develop this function and this too would be "too much effort" for loading screens, and especially for (what it seems to me) a minority of the player base.

Who said we want SFW/NSFW stuff? This is a wrong way. We need the personal black list, so the pics from this list would be deleted from the phone for good. And we need kinda gray list, so the pics from this list will be hidden until the moment a player will toggle them to white list (with possible customizable time intervals, when these pics are welcomed to show automatically).
Again, that ties in to creating a completely new system solely for loading screens, It's way too much effort for a (unassumingly) minority of the player base. Hence why I said that it's unlikely that it will ever get changed

Giving players the option to hide certain loading screens is rather unimportant compared to more meaningful changes devs could be making.
There is 63 vanguard retrofits in the game and only 17 main fleet retros. When choosing who to retro could we get more main fleet instead of vanguard.
Not fussed who gets them but it would be nice to see more.
Especially when main fleet get x-3 and x-4 and would seem more important, but ain't. Especially cv gets many retro drops farming unique shipdrops in x-4 but little actual use

I'm seeing remarks that there's "more important issues" beyond making loading screens selectable, but I don't see those being addressed any faster by the devs. The mere fact that "selecting loading screens" have been asked for by here, Twitter, and even Reddit for years means that it is far and above more than just "a few people" or even a vocal minority. Ultimately, if someone isn't bothered by them that means this issue has nothing to do with them, nor would it's implementation change how they play or enjoy the game. However, it's inclusion would benefit many players.
Also, it's worth pointing out that the general negative reaction to even bringing the idea up probably scares off many commenters. If one says that it's the same handful of people suggesting it, it's equally true that it's often the same handful of people rejecting it. I see a lot of the same names in the Reaction emotes whenever this stuff comes up. Saying "it doesn't bother me so it's not an issue" is like saying "it's not a problem cause it doesn't affect me". The fact that the gallery already exists means there is already a possible solution available, it just needs tweaking.
While I'm not some expert programmer (and let's be honest most of us probably aren't), I don't think enabling loading screens to be toggled via the Gallery would be nearly as difficult as fixing some of the myriad bugs and glitches that exist. That entails a lot of searching and attempts to replicate them, which from what I've gathered via developer friends/channels is a lot more difficult.
That would belong in #bug-reports, also check #known-bugs and trello for it

Suggestion of adding a "Select other skills" button so we don't have to go through the selection screen looking for the same shipgirl again just to select their other skills we want to level up (in the middle or somewhere on the empty black void)
It’s especially frustrating if you misclick and the girl just vanishes, so now you gotta go dig her out of your dock again for the same skill you were simply adding another book to. It happens periodically cause small phones.
Of course you don't see them being addressed any faster by the devs, you would instead see them addressed even slower if they made a gallery selector; actually you wouldn't, unless you somehow lived in two parallel timelines where they did and did not create the selector and could compare the two, which you don't so this is irrelevant.
The fact is, developing a loading screen selector that lives up to the standards of the rest of the game will take a non-zero amount of development, art and QA time that will take the place of something else they have in their development pipeline. If you so much as even glance at the trello you will see that there are hundreds of cards which may or may not be in their internal issue tracker, along with however many more they have gathered through other means and however many more are related to future content they have a deadline to finish in order to keep the game's events flowing. If this loading screen selector has not been implemented yet, it means that it's either currently in development, or it is not seen as a priority by the team. This is the only thing I ask the "but there are no downsides!" crowd to understand.
And as far as the reactions on this channel goes, I'm willing to bet the people asking for the nsfw selector and the people posting negative reactions are both minorities, so I see no point in pointing names and fingers here
In tactical class, in choosing ship girl, for those ships that have all max skills (ie nothing more to learn), please hide them. Otherwise the entire list of over 500 ships will show up and I dunno which ones are "completed"
The shigirls with max skills appear all the way to the bottom but that wont be a bad idea, like a filter option

We know at the very bottom of the list the ships are max skills ... but we dunno where in the mid point of the list the max skills girls start from. I hav to search all around the middle to see which ships are max and which are not

not sure if you have noticed, but if you click this it tells you what skill level their skills are
in the skill classroom it instantly goes to skill level, in dock, you have to click it twice to see skill level
Not true. I am sometimes maxing out the ships that may be low levels, so they appear in the middle of the list first
if youre maxing out or working on low level ships adding them to favourites helps alot 
there should be a bit more options in regards to auto battling
Like you can set the ships movement on auto, but keep the torps, planes, and battleship shots manual
but I know there's bound to be problems with that
especially with the battleship part, because the aiming is tied to the movement of your ship
and cuz auto mode allows Battleships to shoot whereever they want without support from vanguard movement
as far as i know auto actually aims the shots to hit enemies

The whole "armored like a light cruiser" thing is a misconception. She was built off of a modified Brooklyn-class hull yes, but was armored damn near as well as the Baltimore-class CAs.
Even the Wikipedia entry acknowledges this:

The last American cruiser designed to meet the limits of London Naval Treaty, she was originally intended to be a New Orleans-class heavy cruiser, accordingly with the maximum main armament of three triple 8-inch (203 mm) gun turrets. I get it's likely a factor of her being a very early ship added to the game, but the devs do balance passes every now and then. I think it would be a good change.

In my opinion, I think it not make very much sense. Battleship Evasion?? Most BB (if not all) are having a low Evasion stat anyways, Boosting it in percentage wouldn't do much thing.
And not to mention the skill name. It have "Fortress" in it but boost evasion? Aren't Fortress are not moving or slow??

Im not sure it's allowed, but I just let my suggestion to buff Bismarck. I think it's enough to change one skill a bit to make Bismarck not only buff ship, also the damage dealer.
Skill before:
Wahrheit - The first salvo round of each main gun volley is guaranteed to critically hit. When equipped with a CL gun in the secondary slot, increase its detection range and shooting range to 65 (90), but decrease its damage dealt by 35.0%.
Skill after:
Wahrheit - The first salvo round of each main gun volley is guaranteed to critically hit. When equipped with a CL gun in the secondary slot, increase its detection range and shooting range to 90 (x) |x- this is a value of range Bismarck need to shoot to the same far point as Odin now, I just do not know what it is in the numbers|.
I think just this little change will allow Bismarck to deal more damage and she will be comparable with another Flagships not only in the buff, as also in the damage she deals.
Since I've read something about manual aim on battleships: I think the aim of volleys being dependent on the movement of your vanguard is just dumb and annoying, imo it would be much better if you were just to drag the fire volley button to the target and let go of it there.

I think manually aim is that, what makes BBs so interesting to play because you need to think, to put your Vanguard in right position and shoot. If not, than BBs will be as boring as CVs
And automatically aimed salvos are shit, so I think it would be better if we could aim every single salvo like by Gascogne
Also have swipe be a fire all or something, having to wait for CDs when multiple BBs are ready to fire sucks

That's right, but I think it would be very good for all BBs if there's no CD, because you need more skill to aim all salvos and every salvo will deal +20% damage because aimed manually
Also on this is it just me or do the 2nd and 3rd salvo have a longer time between aim and impact than the 1st salvo? Even if you just switch on auto for a short time the 1st volley imo tends to hit much faster and much better than the other 2. If that's not just my imagination it should be changed as well.
I know it is manually so, and I don't use Auto so I don't know how it is there with salvos speed

I wouldn't say aiming BBs rn requires skill, just some time fiddling around esp with a slow fleet and the boss moving around annoyingly. And it's stupid that auto can shoot at targets you can't possibly manually shoot at, hence I think my suggestion of just dragging the fire button on target is still the best solution that comes to my mind to solve all the issues aiming has right now

That's the Cooldown thing, that breaks all timings of BBs. I think this should be removed and BBs are shooting fast without mowing to them, so you can shoot as fast as launch airstrikes on CVs

That sounds like a more complicated and weird alteration of what I suggested, that you just hold the fire button, it turns into a crosshair, you drag it on target, release and then the BBs shoot (without time stop)
Time stop would make you always have perfect aim, break the flow

We will still have vanguard positioning for torps and skills and avoiding damage

I have Idea: The aiming should be with dragging the BB shoot button, so you can let your VG wherever you want and attack enemies, but the start point of the targeting should be like it's now, depending on VG position, so it will be possible to smash the button if you know the position of aim because you know the position of VG, and it will also be possible to shoot wherever your VG is, because targeting will be independent from VG except start position

When you tap/hold the fire button the crosshair appears in front of vanguard just like now.
When you hold and then drag the fire button it becomes the crosshair, so you just drag it on top of the desired target.
Fire is as usual on release of the button.
Also the weird volley cooldown should be done away with.

Suggestion to change the way to aim for BBs.
Now the aiming of BBs is depending on VG position, this is not always useful because you can let your VG die, so I can suggest to change the mechanic a bit:
At first, remove the Cooldown between shoots, and make it like by CVs, this will do playing with BBs much comfortable.
The second one, is to make the aim button of BBs to the type of joystick. When you tap and hold this, you start aiming with your VG, like it is now, but when you start to drag this, the aiming start to be independent from VG position and you can shoot with your BBs wherever you want.
Therefore I suggested to write here a sum of suggestion to know what will be sent to Belfast
Now we have 2 summaries

Although yours is kinda different from mine, it's a joystick, that would kind of be a different solution from what I pieced together with Shiny's addition though it would also work

Other games with 2 joysticks work just fine, just AL isn't coded for more than one input like that afaik

Because again, that's a time zone issue, for me most of the dispatches are right in the middle of the night, so I'm missing on some rewards and on guild progress.
Being able to save up to 4/5 dispatches should remedy the problem.
Right now I'm missing on at least 3 dispatches a day. One at 3 am, 6 am and the daily reset at 9 am. That's... a lot.

Why Corrosion VI abyssal doens't guarantee UR plans? Why it doens't feel a challenge when its supposed to be a end game content? Zombie Siren skill does not make a boss hard, it turns them into bullet sponges, only prolonging the battle, hence why its so annoying.

Buff Prinz Eugen skills to buff her somehow, because her firepower costs too much for oil and do anything.

i feel like the ironblood and EU have so many restrictions on their skills (i.e. essex and tiripitz) which kinda makes comps a bit harder to make without missing out on something. while other factions tend to not need very specific comps or have easy requirements for their ship skills.
Harder if you're trying to be real creative with your setups, otherwise, not really.

We can barely agree with each other here, we had a "too lewd" vs "not lewd enough" right before your suggestion.

Personally not a fan of the point system for the weeklies and how rewards can only be claimed successively. Previously you can claim whichever reward for resources as needed, and now you can't. Why take away that freedom from the players?

Yeah, being able to claim resources as needed is extra valuable for a "casual" mobile game like al
Elaborating on my point, I'll give my own situation as an example. When there isn't an event going on, I'm usually not grinding and end up with excessive oil while being coin starved since there's always things to spend coins on, shop/research/etc. So during the week, being able to freely claim coins from weeklies is great. Oil from weeklies I like to save til end of week for dumping into ap before stronghold respawns for the following week. I would spend all my oil ap hunting cat paws and save the 400 ap refill for before reset, then pay for stronghold as it spawns to stay below ap cap. Having oil from weeklies available for that is great.
The point system kinda throws a wrench into how I play, needlessly imo
just an fyi if youre capped near oil softcap you can always just buy food in dorm 
and not sure what you mean there, back with the old weekly system most of the gold and oil were in the same missions, you couldnt collect them seperately
there were a few exceptions where you only had gold in the reward, but they didnt account for more than a third of the gold from weeklies
That's what always annoys me with maintenance mails... all that useful coin hidden behind oil I find no use of... and I get accused of being a no-life in this channel. Casuals must be swimming in the stuff.

That's true, though for me managing oil cap is usually my problem and for those combined rewards the oil part is what drives my decision making most of the time.

Personally, I like new weekly system and know plenty of others who like it, I guess its just a very mixed bag on this

can we get a collect all button for this tab too? its kinda annoying to click claim on them all one by one
There is a collect all button, it just only pops up when there's more than one thing to claim at a given time 
you can't hit claim on the weekly missions from the "all" tab, thats the issue
i dont think it collects all from that phase thing either u have to click that one manually (if its the only one left at least i havent seen if it works if u have the phase thing and another thing to collect) even though i had enough points to claim like 6 things in it
yeah anything listed as a "weekly" can't be claimed from "all" missions i believe
sure theres collect all for the weekly tab, but i gotta click on weekly first
and even then i gotta click on claim however many times as necessary for the big weekly

Turns out I was wrong, and I'm glad I was.

Eh, it's just one tap to see'em, not a big deal.
It's one tap more, which makes quite a difference imo if you open it often
Also it's annoying if you finished one mission, but several stages of it and have to tap that again and again and again
Also for people who have been playing the game for a long time, nobody ever clicked on weeklies on the side, not gonna lie if they didnt have the ! on them i would have ignored them entirely and not even known that they changed them since im used to everything being in all
Except you cant pick your reward, and what to hold. Except for being able to quickly claim all. Except you need to collect like 50 things rather than 20 and then the rest is pointless. The only thing its 'superior' at is thats its supereasy to complete now, that's it. If that's your jam, sure, but that hardly makes it superior in EVERY way. It's very much a downgrade in my eyes.
Yeah maybe it would have been cooler if there were a store you could use the points in instead 
Only thing I'd like to see changed is that after you're done with the weekly (1000 points) you no longer get
about completion, case and point I will get pinged about this one 4 more times when I'm already at 1170.
Maybe devs should add mini rewards past 1000 points

Probably yes, but if it was a shop that just offered the same rewards you get from collecting all mission rewards, having to buy all the stuff 1 by 1 would be kinda annoying as well
i mean they could just add a "buy all" for that
None if this would even be an issue if they kept the old system in the first place. :/ If some missions were "bad" they could just change them as they did the dailies :/
Small issues that aren't even a big deal
Devs just need to take red mark away and bam problem fixed
IMO the new system is still better in general, its far easier to finish, and its not as if you cant wait until later in the week to collect everything at once
but having the exclamation is annoying :/
Wont disagree that some things may need some tweaks but I actually like this system better, mainly because I dont have to wait 5 days to get everything (which missed them cause of 1 day sometimes)

yeah the better rewards are at the start too
so u reach them faster i like the new mode

I'm sorry, but 5,000 coins and 5 hours for this? I honestly don't know why the rates are so much worse for PR2 and PR3 compared to PR1, but this is **really **bad.
I've only ever gotten 2 rainbow researches ever, both of them were for Azuma, and neither of them gave me anything near worth it for the absurd rarity. I don't know if that's what you had, but I've spoken to a couple people who've had numerous rainbows and they all seemed to feel that PR2 rainbows are borked by comparison.
When PR2 came out, I noticed drop rates change significantly, but this is the first time a 5:00 ship specific research gave me something you'd get for a 1:30 or 2:30 research. And even then, that's still bad for 2:30. PR3 is the same way. Forces you to dump way more resources into research unless you're fine with throwing cubes at it.
I like the new system, helps me save a bit more time on some dailies and it's pretty flexible.
