So basically the issue is this:
BuffCastSkill checks if self._skill already exists and only creates a new skill if not, otherwise it just Casts the already attached skill
Now if the skill you cast is SkillFire the _skill stays alive as long as the weapon is firing (Have not fully understood how it gets cleared yet)
But as long as it's still alive if you cast it again it will use the exact same weapon object and fire it
Which works perfectly fine, just that when one instance of firing the weapon finishes, it executes the callback defined in SkillFire and this callback destroys the weapon stopping any firing currently in progress

Trafalgar is one of the best universal debuffers in the game if your flagship has main guns. Her 10% evasion rate debuff is almost unrivaled for consistently increasing the damage your fleet deals against bosses. Although there are greater debuffs like Helena's or Aurora's, they are not as consistent or universally applicable as Trafalgar's. She also applies 15% slow effectively permanently. She's a decent option for late campaign stages thanks to her good AA and decent personal damage, though do note she has relatively low eHP for a rainbow DD.

It's normal build, but now there's a rateup for two ships you choose.

As a note, if you choose a UR, the UR rate does not go up, but rather you can only pull that UR. Just choose a purple or gold ship instead.

@viscid swift flag is actually the worst position for fritz CA gun against bosses. Diagonal bullets have higher hit rate, her 120 range CA gun is always in range, and the CA shells are fast enough for the extra distance to not matter.
Some CL guns are better flag, some off flag, but the CA gun dominates. Thus, Fritz should be off flag for like 0.2% more damage.
