Toward Tulipa's Seas Rerun Ship Overview

De Zeven Provinciën: One of the relatively few relevant SRs in a world of URs. She has among the best AA in the game, combined with decent damage output, a small amount of healing for the fleet, and she’s about as tanky as Portland. If you have a decent number of cubes saved, are lacking in good AA ships (e.g., Guam, Laffey 2, Z52, Gouden Leeuw, etc), and have aspirations of clearing W15/W16 in the not-too-distant future, I would consider spending cubes to get her. For everyone else, bear in mind the CN Anniversary event will drop in a few weeks and likely feature 2 new URs, and Alsace will probably rerun sometime soon after.

Kazan: Overall, a mediocre SR battleship. Her damage for an SR BB isn’t great, but she does have a small amount of healing for the fleet. She’s a decent option for new players, but otherwise is just tech.

Evertsen, Oleg: They’re elites, collection and tech only.

to that I answer that, usually, unless you have terrible luck, you should have oil saved up in larger amounts to grind down for gold

You can, but I would also wager that means you're lacking the modern SRs and new gear.

W14 and beyond tho can technically be beat with non URs depending on how willing you are to constantly reset fights.

UR/DR will make your life wayyyyyyyy easier and even then they could struggle against W15+ if you don't plan well enough

So in short you're down on multiple fronts, you can certainly try but I would say evaluate what you have and go from there.

There's no rush to clear W16, it's permenant content.

And only the light one is worth doing (once per day) since events use either the heavy or special pools for their banner

The current banner doesn't feature many good characters either, you can set up your team composition: 2 tanks and 1 damage dealer, or 1 tank and 2 damage dealers.

In the background, you can choose whichever character you like.

A: Map drop rates are unknown and cannot be datamined, due to being server-side. The only one known is 0.75% for Akagi/Kaga (individually) on 3-4. Community data collection suggests the other gold ship drop rates are somewhat similar, however.

A: Farm the highest map you can for it. Higher stages give more EXP, upgrade parts, equipment, and shop currency. Community data collection suggests the drop rates are also probably higher on higher worlds.

but i dont think higher corossion maps have better loot from cat nodes
and non cat nodes dont drop UR loot afai remember

for the items what I mentioned is what u want to get

• oil (so u can farm more)
• cog chips and arrays
• augment cores

  if still not sure ping me in like 2-3 hours and i will show u with screenshots

usually it is best to wait for last day before u spend your event tokens so u can know how many tokens u have overall
except for oil u can buy that as soon as u need it

You grind for what's on the point ladder, and then pick stuff up in the shop in order of priority. Usual stopping points are after getting cog chips or gold plates. You definitely don't grind for everything, not worth it.

General shop priority is something like Gear > Ship if didn't drop > (Tech Boxes if new and still need them) > Oil > Cog Arrays/Chips > Rainbow Research Prints > Aug stones > whatever iirc.
