You can be developing Roon while focusing PR8 and getting PR8 blueprints.

Now I heard from someone or from a certain video of Jimmy that Kurumi prefers within a BB Fleet, so I went for it, and in one of his fleets, one of them is Lion-Zwei-Vanguard, considering no Meck dev30 yet, but I wonder why isn't Alsace not used as much?
