you might want to split up Sandy and WDP for 2 fleets depending on what you have, make sure you also have proper AA from your carriers

Keep in mind you shouldn't rush the perma UR pity. That being said, Implacable's one niche is covered by Nakhi-Moskva, so you pretty much have the worthwhile perma URs. I'd say Yorktown II for the USS anti light CV fleet would be nice as a long term goal

Monarch, Cowpens, Unicorn - Anchorage, San Diego, Tohka
Warspite, Enterprise, Lexington 2 - Laffey 2, Helena, Sirus

Try to get everyone to like 110 or even better 115+ to make it easier. Every level counts, and w13 enemy levels start at 115.

For events, just use Uni + An Shan to first clear and stick a bunch of URs in the other fleet for crossfleet effects, then farm D3 with your usual farming fleet.
