If I end up unlocking Roon halfway through is it worth changing to her, will my progress on Saint Louis missions be saved? any ships i've mentioned should at least be max limit broken, for that use dupes before bulins
san diego and warspite should get their unique (gold) augment if you can craft it, retrofit is optional and kinda expensive for them
the urs aren't worth using until they are at max limit break, and that will take a while (don't limit break them partially, all or nothing)
portland is a blue ship that you need to raise for beginner missions anyways, if you do with retrofit. if you don't want to use her, eugen is ok but more expensive

You should obliterate op si

Play it however you want you build a high level fleet and just smash everything (clearing. Arbiter, siren nodes and siren fortresses are all very important) or you can finick more with low level fleets to help level them (recommended , this is free exp, but takes more irl time)

Just build your own fleets the healing from unicorn alone makes it very easy it should all be a peace of cake for you until you get to the final bosses and even then you just might smoke them.

Remember to put subs on auto deploy, it’s free exp for them as well! Also bring cats to level for your fleets and your sub fleet

Also try to pus hard and buy from all four allied ports every time they refresh, you’re starting 2/3rds through the month so if you hustle you can maybe get 80% of the rewards for the month which would be very nice. The rewards are great for gear crafting and gold plates.
