Collecting the ship (~20%)
Max Limit Breaking it (~45%)
Achieving level 120 (~35%)

-Higher rarity ships gives more fleet tech pts .
-Heavier ship hulls also gives more fleet tech pts: CV=BB>CA>CL>DD

Side notes:
-PR ships give more fleet tech pts than normal but follow the above formula with development 30 replacing MLB.
-META ships are considered a separate META faction. They give same bonuses as their non-META versions.
-Collab ships, Muse and little versions of ships e.g. Li'l Sandy, Clevelad and Lena etc do not give any fleet tech pts.
-Iron Blood faction ships receive double the normal tech points compared to other nations.

First and foremost your goal should be to raise your commander level (for campaign) and fleet level (for requirements and completion), and not waste your newbie resources. Then, you should build towards the next campaign stage, and when you're ready, try to farm the event

Most importantly, you can't put her in the dormitory until she's unlocked, so that means you will have to swap fleets with and without her, to make her regen normally

Hi, just a question in general. Does it make sense to Limit Break Chars with the same Char or should you always use the universal "Jokers" for this.

Example Date a Live Chars. I can have more than 1 Kurumi or only 1 when I Limit break her with other copies of her.
