So I'm commander level 110. I've cleared W12, it was somewhat challenging, but doable. I beat W13-1 once, but haven't been able to do it again. I need more AA. Aside from knowing that I specifically need AA, what is the usual play pattern here? Right now I'm farming events/campaigns for EXP for fleet tech/collection bonuses. I also have a few ships are better than my current push fleet (Eldridge, Anchorage, Hakuhou) that I want to get to 120. I'm also farming OpSi for materials so I can transision out of poverty gear. Farming OpSi rainbow materials seems slow, I don't know if I'm doing it right. I clear as many zones and missions as I can. And buy rainbow stuff from shops at the end of the month. But stuff like the swirly zones (the ones that cost 200 AP) were really tough for me last month. Am I supposed go back to base to heal and try again repeatedly for those?

Anyway, does that seem like what I should be doing? Or is there something else I missing?

Operation Siren and the Gear Lab were released. The former is the main source of materials for the latter and for gold plates. They also released a new boss mode called META showdowns.

Auto search, oil caps, clearing mode, auto repeat, and increased movement speed are all now a thing for campaign and event maps almost completely changing the farming game with W12 now being the farming spot.

The Research Academy now has a queue and 4 new PR seasons have been released along with numerous catch up mechanics for the older seasons.

The Newbie Missions were completely reworked so now that gives a bunch of new resources.

The lecture hall was reworked and XP packs are now a thing

W14 and W15 of the main campaign have been released

Reruns were changed and now they only last one week, don't add new ships but you can also earn build tickets to use on said banners.

We also now have regular UR events in February, May, September, and December with some of them being double URs.

Different Event Format?

This event is a "Coalition Event". There are 6 stages total. Each of these stages have 1 (Stage 1) to 4 (Stage 6) bosses that you have to fight in a row. You can challenge a stage Solo (1 fleet for all bosses) or Coalition (1 fleet per boss). Coalition gives you more event-points per clear, so it is recommended to farm all stages in coalition. By the time you are reading this, all stages should be fully unlocked and ready to go.

Oil Cap?

Stage 6 EASY - 22 surface / 15 subs
Stage 6 HARD - 25 surface / 16 subs
No clearing rewards are on any of the stages.

Best Places to Farm?

Spam the highest stage you can do repeatedly in coalition for more rewards. Hard difficulty > Normal difficulty as well.

NPC Ship? How to get Kurumi?

You get her from point milestone rewards, similar to other NPC ships. You don't need to use her for the bonus points, especially since you get duplicate copies from further milestone rewards. Just do your normal grinding and you will get her.

Are any of the new auxiliary equipment good?

They all are pretty good, especially on Vanguard Fleet ships. Make sure to grab all of them before the event ends.

Unique Augments?

All Collaboration ships have Unique Augment Modules, which are received through the "missions" tab event section. Please make sure to claim them before the event ends!
