My understanding is still somewhat limited but imo second white shell is fine if you need it for BB on second fleet, independence if you are in need of a good CV and have the purple bulins to mlb her and the blueprints to retro her. She also got a new augment yesterday so got buffed if you have the materials to craft her +10 unique augment.

Black shell gets replaced by hsfcr if you are focusing season 8 research, so check how close you are to being able to craft one in depot. Might not be worth getting second black shell.

Getting a breguet may also be worth, I assume you are nowhere near to being able to craft a wyvern yet from gear lab?
