Hard to tell from just this, but basically what I would recommend is using 2 fleets, your mob fleet should definitely have Unicorn in it.
Other good ships on this screen are Enterprise, Sandy, Shimakaze, Musashi, Emden, Prinz Heinrich, not Ibuki cuz she isn't dev30, Helena, Saratoga if you retrofit her. Also your Musashi needs another LB. Don't spread your UR bulins (or any bulins for that matter) over ships like you did with Musashi and Kron (maybe you LBed them with dupes in which case you couldn't help it ofc). As far as stages go I'd recommend quickly grinding event for today.
