There is no tier list for research ships specifically. If you're a new player, you just build saint in the Shipyard first because she's the easiest to farm exp for without griefing your new player fleet . and also basically any content that would warrent eldridge (high vanguard pressure) she can't main tank herself

there are cases where you do main tank eldridge, some where you don't.

Like if you bring eldridge to the current meta boss mostly because of the slow and maybe to fit yorkii's 3 USS requirement you could reasonable have a fleet that main tanks eldridge

@slow fox iirc your list ranks eldridge with her skill applied; would it make sense to have operation rainbow-less eldridge somewhere so you can compare the ehp to decide to main tank when eld is in the fleet?

the purpose in that isn't for ehp purposes but fleetbuilding, if that makes sense

Having a more consistent ship with more eHP than eldridge in her downtimes - would allow Eldridge to not die in her downtimes - is the justification for that recommendation, I believe.

I don't do common recommendations, nor am I a veteran fleetbuilder so take these statements with two (2) grains of salt.

I finished the first chapter of Operation Siren and just unlocked the ability to fight and receive META ships. From what I understand, as long as I have the opportunity, I should fight her until she falls? It takes fuel, but her health bar is slowly decreasing. I enabled some "Auto Deploy" option. That's good, right? She's strong, because she's level 126. I don't have anyone to help me fight her, but I think I can handle it. If I don't finish within 24 hours, will I lose everything? All my progress? In the tutorial, I took part in a fight against Yuudachi and gained 3% progress in, I assume, obtaining her. So I guess there will be quite a few of these META fights before I get her? I don't know, it would be good if someone could explain to me how this system works in general, because I think I understand a lot of it, but definitely not everything.

Dossier fights allow you 2 fights a day where you can sync crystals to get rewards to MLB and upgrade them

Personal preference:

• W11 and below: 2 BBs for mob, >1 BB for boss. Mostly because you tend to have shit equipment during the early game, so I prefer more BBs for interception.
• W12 and 13: 3CVs for mob (especially for 1st clear) whatever for boss. At least 1CV each (if possible) for W12 farming, or 2CVs in the boss to compensate.
• 14 and 15: 2CVs + 1BB for mob because we don't have good/consistent BB healers. Boss can be 1 or 2 BBs, I think.
