and hakuhuo is the best one for u in general

she is a very good shipgirl but she mainly excels in heavy armor so i would say niche for us who have other URs but if she is your only UR she will be your best for a while

If I have two cats that give pre-emptive strike on the same fleet, how do they interact? Do they stack at all? Does one take priority? Do they trigger independently?

Say I get one for having DD's and one for CV's, do I
1: have a 15% (base) chance to launch one strike
2: have a 30% chance to launch a strike (chance stack additivity)
3: have a ~28% chance to launch a strike (each has its own trigger, but only one will take effect
4: have 28% chance to launch one, and a 2.25% chance to launch two strikes?

general advice: take D-series, preferably 2.5hs>5h>8h. > G-series or Q-series, the shorter the better. Consider taking 1h H-series if there are no D/Q series, and there are only like 4h long Gs or worse, like B, E or C-series.
Always take 30min researches.

Remember u need 50 prints for 1 UR gear

the non MLB UR. depending on the fight, you might want a slow/freeze. have a good tank instead of shimanto. use ibuki if you have to until unzen instead of shimakaze

I personally don't know if that matters early game but I'm at world 8 and was recommended to just dump all UR's that are not fully limit break and instead make a full gold lineup or at least a lineup with good ships, Unicorn being one of them even if it's not retrofit yet.
Also because SR ships are easier to get to max limit break

I started on amagi cv's banner more or less and as you can see in my posted screenshots, i have a few mlb already by being f2p

And one big piece of advice. Mlb commons/rares/elites to 120 if wanting the fleet tech buff for stats then retire them. It will help you to keep dock space open in the future. Wish that was something i had learned when starting myself
