Check out the first tab of that link I sent earlier, it should go into more detail, including some suggested other pickups since you’ll have spare guild coins.

Is Chapayev an improvement over Laffey without her Retrofit? I'm assuming that at this point I have enough decent SRs to begin upgrading the beginner fleets in the newbie guide. Anyone I should focus on raising ASAP to slot into the main team or a second team. Use Pennsylvania Hakuhou Unicorn Portland Helena Chapayev for now, limit break Chapayev if not already. If you get D1 to safe threat level then it becomes much easier and you can add Oumi and/or Aquila in for levels
