a) urgent commissions are random there is no way to will them into existence
b) you get a lot of cubes by default playing the game normally
c) you are better off spending the time working minimum wage then whaling for cubes rather than commission farming, its more beneficial to your life overall (however if you live outside of NA / EU this could be impractical)
