The highest comfort counts for those slots
So having 10 +5 pieces in a category that has 10 limit means getting anything less than +6 wont make a difference

4-try and do all the other icons on the map
red icons will be hard u might not be able to kill them but u should still attempt them (make sure your adaptive tuning on the right side is high enough before u try them
like at least 150+ on all 3 stats
*for strongholds and arbiter u can fight > leave > heal at port > go back to fight
chip down at their hp/their base and u will be able to eventually kill them

then next month come back and ask again what to do
it will be easier and less time consuming
