ignoring the listing of the event characters, its already at 100%, so where do the event character rate ups fit in? does it take all the space in super rares 7%, leaving 0.5% of srs being non-event? that doesnt feel right, i dont think people get 1 non-event sr for every 13 event srs from experience

-Heavier ship hulls also gives more fleet tech pts: CV=BB>CA>CL>DD

Side notes:
-PR ships give more fleet tech pts than normal but follow the above formula with development 30 replacing MLB.
-META ships are considered a separate META faction. They give same bonuses as their non-META versions.
-Collab ships, Muse and little versions of ships e.g. Li'l Sandy, Clevelad and Lena etc do not give any fleet tech pts.
-Iron Blood faction ships receive double the normal tech points compared to other nations.

Let's simplify it. To reach her first mana surge, she needs to gain 120% environmental mana (because 20% was eaten by 2 throwing daggers). At 33s, Heavenly Armillary has given 30% EM. And she fired 45 times in 30s, giving 90%.

After the first mana surge, she needs another 150% EM to reach the second because of 5 throwing daggers. At 73s, Heavenly Armillary has given another 40% EM, and she fired 60 times in 40s for 120%.
