First month, you want to prioritize the red ! at least until you've unlocked the monthly reset. Preferably until you've unlocked Arbiter.

Then it's just clearing out all the shiny stuff. The gold chests, the scary red chests, the red swirls, etc.

Explore every zone, or at least enough to clean out the Port Shops.

You don't rly, enter a guild and guild mates can help you, other than that you can add ppl from discord or random ppl and hope they help you ... but you will generally not get help from them that often

fellow relatively new player I think at a certain level you can share them with the world chat

join a guild but even then the world chat is the usual way. you cannot expect anyone seeing your meta request in realtime otherwise.
some player quit meta after reaching their goal. after some time it gets harder and harder to get help. at some point its way faster to attack the meta yourself 4-5 times ... (for good player 2 attacks are enough)
i usually start the meta request then help other the 3 times without attacking my own. after that i look at the situation of my own meta. that gives other time to act

she's primarily a gun DD with good damage but not anything amazing, she can freeze the enemy in place but realistically you can only sync for one salvo, her AA and tankiness are nothing special, she has some utilty in her debuff from applying the lunge but it's not that big

Farming corrosion 1 zones in Operation Siren. With enough time spent, you go positive in AP which you dump in the usual c3/5 at the end of the month.

If you run a corrosion-1 zone in opsi, you have a chance to find scamcat, who has a chance to sell you AP boxes.
The chances are high enough that on average, you can autosearch C1-zones stopping at scamcat and end with more AP than you started. This can take a lot of time, and you can be unsuccessful if unlucky.
