An Shan, Fu Shun, Tai Yuan, and Chang Chun retrofits are the only four DDGs in game. They are all Chinese, so do the Dragon Empery filter plus DD, and you'll see them plus a few other DDs.
Note that they are normal DDs before you do the retrofits.

You can start by replacing Haruna with Volga and Houshou with Zenker and limit breaking everyone you're using

Also swap Otto and Black Prince. And wakatsuki is lowest priority for gold bulins
