I never really tried using any of the ones I have seriously so I wasnt sure if they're actually good once you max them out or if its just "here's a slightly better retrain, have fun grinding it for a month"

It is also efficient to put them in for farming the event, which should be a bit easier than w12; you want to farm the event anyway for the milestone and event shop rewards, so might as well get the PR xp out of it at the same time.

The community didn't agree on the answer to that. I borrowed from average-of-rates theory to properly inform an answer on that. When supplemented to already existing eHP theory, that is how eHP3 has developed.
