Try to get 10-4 or 11-1 for beginning. Usually it's near 110-115 lvl fleet. Decrease theat for safe and farm exp there. Having something like unicorn 120 and tank 110 can hold low lvl fleet ship (near 80-100 lvl) for 12-1 safe for grinding tech exp.

At some point having unicorn 120-125 with gold variants barracuda and hellcat you can skip tank. She can clear stages by yourself

You have to start the quest before the paws even do anything. And the quest is not useful except for collection very later. If you do it early, then you ever so slightly make your daily light banner build worse
