You definitely need to rework your fleets. Spee is not a good tank, so she's not really going to be helpful in that role. If you can get her, Portland can tank pretty well, especially after retrofit. Get Unicorn and level her up so she can go in your mob fleet backline as well.

It's a Bismarck Zwei UR Event Rerun. She's pretty great for BB fleets, and will be quite good for a player like you who doesn't have many UR options. It's a rerun though, so it'll only be here for like a week.

2. push to w12 if u havent alr
3. work on ur fleets (aka farm w12-1) while doing opsi at the same time
4. work on ur research ships once u have 2 fleets of lv120 (mob + boss ) to tackle most of opsi with

just give her a blue sword but u should only worry about purple augments after you comfortably afford +10 gear on all ur ships that you use

hard depends on your account state but for new players the content there goes from easy to very hard
luckily the easy to mid content covers most of the opsi income so you should do that while you work on strengthening your account till you tackle the hard and very hard or till it becomes easy

1. thats ok, nothing more to do then other than just repeat this step as u get more boxes
2. push further if u can till you hit 12-1 which u bring down to safe and farm there for a while since its one of the best stages for farming due to the difficulty and oil and time efficiency it provides
3. yes you can do at the same time as in when morale of ur ships is down u can do opsi in the downtime since it doesnt cost oil or morale
4. yes those ships try to work on getting anchorage first then fdg and aegir and u can also consult https://samheart564.github.io/ECGC/research

musashi gear is fine, due to how her skills work that gun on her is comparable to the rainbowgun for light enemies and its better for mobbing due to bigger dmg uptime
and later on ull change their guns depending on content like i said
