Yes, I thought you could and I double checked, you can equip oath skins to a ship that has an oath skin even if the one you’re oathing is the alt.

So Yorktown 2 gets OG Yorktown’s oath skin once oathed; same with Muse ships.

META ships don’t though, as META Ships count as totally different characters.

Yat Sen has specific synergy with Ning Hai and Ping Hai, but that’s three high ranking retrofits to do, which isn’t very cheap. Other DE ships like Harbin and the DDGs also work and are better ships than the Hai sisters, but they get a smaller buff from Yat Sen in turn.

The average 1% decrease isn't an average of like 5, 3, 10, -10, -2, -4. It's an average of like 1, 1, 1, 1, and 1.

I can only see that, with the HMSReport giving EVARate, Plymouth exchanges some of her more stable eHP for less stable eHP. This gives her higher maximums and lower minimums within a distribution - as opposed to shifting the entire distribution.
