Trafalgar is one of the best general purpose bossing vanguards nowadays, and she is also quite good in campaign.

Meanwhile, Shimakaze has been powercrept by gold ships. Ibuki is definitely better than Shimakaze on auto and is about equal on manual. Jintsuu META is better than Shimakaze in pvp and EX. You also should not be using UR bulins on permanent URs.

1:1? it means using 1 backline and 1 vanguard so u dont kill ur oilreserves when farming low lvl maps
but u should only do this if u reached oilcap and/or you cannot push anymore and u need to expand ur 2nd fleet options
