Mk6 has an HE shell, Champy is used mainly because of it's AP shell, so from this you can already deduce which one is better against lights

AP shells overpenetrate light armor and fail to explode inside the ship and thus do minimal damage

HE shells more or less detonate on impact so penetration isnt a huge concern

On average they drop torps near the center of the screen, without regards to enemy's vertical position. But technically the enemy horizontal position does matter.

^To clarify the above, they'll drop torps when they are within a certain distance of the position the enemy was at when the planes launched. This matters, for example, if you have a bunch of preloads and your BBs kill the enemy mobs. When the planes get there they will still drop the bombs at the planned position.

So if a new wave spawns in ahead of where the previous enemies were at, the planes will fly over them and still drop on empty water.

That's another reason why for mobbing you want to stagger artillery/airstrikes.

If you want to/don't know how to make basic bossing fleets. With 4 fleets of 125 UR ships and maxed subs as long as they're not terribly geared you have a very good chance of being able to brute force it.

I forget which harby is this month. Heavy armor would be the hardest for you without any gearlab stuff.
