... these are separate phases, you cant collect both at the same time

it's the arc in which they can target and subsquently fire at targets

straightahead is 0 degrees so 115 degree firing angle means 57.5 degree are above and below straight ahead

360 degree fire doesn't really matter

because the suicide boats stop when they reach the main fleet
