if u are active and lucky u can pull every event even non UR events and reruns and do fine with cubes
If u get unlucky with an event u should stop pulling at some point and wait for rerun
different ppl will have different threshholds
Also in general rerun events are less of a priority so if u had to choose between 2 URs save for the new one
