Seems like Balt is Guam for poor but I have bad feelings. It says after 3 sec when effect ends so real timing 18 and every 23 sec for AB which kind sucks

If we do get a UR shop ship, I'd expect it to be the same.
So the CtA ships are just an alternate way to get some points for the Frame if you can't get all the new ships, besides the bonus exp they get.

i know this is like 10 hours ago but i dont think anyone conclusively answered you, if you have no enemy settings set (either manually in settings or via template) that means the tool assumes you are fighting an enemy with 0 AA. This significantly increases the damage planes do because the AA stat is used to reduce incoming damage that scales with AVI. If you properly configure enemy settings (and by extension hit rate settings) the discrepancies go away. In short in order to get conclusive (enough) answer from the tool you need to give it all the info (and even then it's never going to be perfect just surface level).
