None of your fleets are particularly well built, they're just a mashup of units. Fleets are also purposebuilt for different scenarios (w1-w12, w13, w14, w15, opsi mobbing, opsi bosses, challenge mode, etc).

In general you don't need two healers for a mob fleet (there are exceptions like w15), and you don't need more than one tank in vanguard. Mobbing fleets usually want at least 1 BB as flag to protect against suicide bombers.

If you want help building fleets make a thread and post your dock and decide what you want the fleets built for.

your mob and boss should be 1 bb + 2 cv assuming its for campaign, and you also need a tank which unzen isnt for your boss fleet

if these are all you have then swap NJ with shinano and take out kear for a cv, replace unzen with a tank like laff2 and the other 2 vg slots you can mix and match and it'll probably work unless theres specific gimmicks you need to fulfill
