This is just jargon to try and reflect the reality that we know about EVAtanks - that is they are less consistent than their realtank counterparts.

Plane is good, however Imo you only craft like up to 4 of them. Junkers still preferable because of timing stuff, this is something you wanna learn. Difference between Saiun Kai, Junkers, Ryuusei, and PR7 VIT. (Sidegrades, use them for timing to enemies accordingly)
