Eh, that's fair. I'd recommend choosing PR5 or PR7 on the top option, and then you can choose a ship out of the other options. I recommend 4's Anchorage to get started. From there you just go through projects and choose the best ones you can afford.

Something like Q > G > D > everything else if you can afford the plates/coins, but you'll probably have to choose some crummy ones just to keep the research going until you get a stable coin income.
