im not 100% sure, but the duration gets overwritten and the burn damage doesn't change from the original
since this burn doesn't mention stacking, theres no stacking, and usually the original burn applied is the one whos damage is retained, and subsequent burn applications just refresh that duration

its based on burn id though, so if the burn id is different then they exist independently

There is this mechanic called airspace control

It doesn't matter where you're at but good to know regardless

Airspace control is determined by airspace control value
Which is a number scaling off aviation stat primarily (a bit of anti air)

Too low and your fleet gets debuffed

Get it high and your fleet gets a pretty good buff

Reducing how much good gear/levels you need
