FAQ

New Event Format?

Yes. There's 4 stages + ESP, and 3 different difficulties per stage (except ESP). Pretty straightforward, especially if you follow the event missions.

Oil Cap?

"All Night Stages" - 25 surface / 16 subs
"ESP" - 40 surface / 16 subs
No clearing rewards are on any of the stages.

Best Places to Farm?

Spam the highest stage you can do (Night Stage > rest). ESP is only more oil efficient than Night stages on the first clear daily or if you can 1:1 everything.
Make sure to clear based on event missions first before farming.

Its recommended to stop at 40k for cognitive chips or 32k for the last gold plates. Anything past 50k is not worth it.

Should I pull for these ships?

Reasons you should pull for the ships, in no particular order:

• Waifu
• Collection
• Better than majority of permanent options at their hull type (only for gold/rainbow ships, check datamine for ship information).

There are 3 more UR events scheduled for 2025, plus any additional reruns, so plan accordingly.

Ok, so I'm going into w15. Franklin obvs pairs well with Yorktown II as an Essex, and ends up with big AVI multipliers.

Santa Fe is made to pair with Franklin, reducing Franklin's burn damage, while also satisfying Independence's skill with an extra Cleveland-class.

So looks like a competent fleet is:

Franklin - Yorktown II - Independence
<tank> - Santa Fe - <AA carry>

showdown doesnt give a fk what ships you use, opsi is easy to clear, its "hard" cause people put limitations such as one fleeting hard ardbiter, you can use 4 fleets

U can also use 0 ships and request help
but ppl have self-imposed challenges of one shotting or maybe 2 shotting earlier so that needs decent ships

ch15 is maybe the only chapter where a UR BB is "needed" but even then u can probably make do with a very good SR BB as long as u have good gear good cats and submarine fleet
