You should have no trouble getting more than enough guild tokens to buy everything useful in the guild shop.

The cat boxes are much less useful than the gold plates or the occasional cog chips that you'll find there, but if you're staying active so you can buy everything good, might as well get those too.

Gold plates are high priority -- if you can only afford one thing from the guild shop, get the gold plates.
yellow tech boxes and catboxes are medium priority -- get them if you have already gotten high priority things. But if you're an active player, you should have plenty of guild tokens to get all the medium priority stuff.

I personally rate gold cat boxes higher than buying ships for tech reasons. The ships will always be there every refresh, the gold cat boxes won't.

not having her might increase the inconsistency to oneshot if u are far from it then 2 shots is the bare minimum

u just need to consistently do more than 800k damage per run
