Correct. My main fleet is something like lvl 70-85.

It doesn't seem too bad depending on what CVs you plan on using. If you use a CV with 2 dive slots you're going to have a problem, though you need at least 3-4 CV in chap 13 so yeah look into it.
And I think you're also free to consider looking for AA guns but keep in mind how expensive they are

Yeah. The main lines you need to know about them is that they all want to be placed either in commander or in staff depending on what's written on their unique skill and that most of them excells at buffing one particular class like Oscar for BB
But until very late game it's a lot simpler to not bother and just throw your best meowfficiers at the correct commander/staff slots

another thing u could try is using a carrier in flag (the bosses will shell the BB since the carrier should be hidden)
but it is possible the carrier gets revealed as well

and remember if a run is not going well just exit and try again

Meowfficer node loot is dependent on the rarity/level of the meowfficer sent on the retrieval mission. Corrosion 3 and Corrosion 5 maps have the same number of expected meowfficer nodes per ap spent, so same loot, but you'll need to run twice the number of C3 maps which takes longer due to more time in loading screens.

Twice the maps also means twice the chance of Akashi, so twice the chance of AP drops, so c3 wins out on a technicality. But doing c5 to be faster is fine too.
