I found that Raff heal from barrage and white paint can be near 5% of max HP of heal's target (2% of Raff hp will be near 5% of target when 3790 is max target hp) which can trigger Arizona Meta barrage and additional heal. But idk who cares about this information . Unfortune my Raff skill barrage less 100% yet so this needs more investments and time
