most w***-4 maps have one unique only drop ships. most of them for collections. and about w12-4 I spend tons of oil farming fleet and got few copies of Choukai. want to say it's not worth in terms of efficiency but good for collections when you don't know where spend oil. maybe there is some good ships but nothing in mind. Akagi and Kaga at w3-4 cost me about 4-5k oil for min oil team

depends on your research priority; if you pick the cube and her face researches (i.e. PR7 projects with Nakhimov's prints on it) then you can do it in 3 months tops for Dev30.
Spamming ||cube projects is effectively the key to Dev30 everyone in a particular PR season fast, 3 to 4 months of full dedication for Fs5||. However, it takes a lot of cubes so I would only recommend this once you have more than 1k cubes lying around

fleet 1 pretty aight, can just use it fine imo, stacking 2 buffers in vanguard and alsace (to a lesser extent)** is eh imo compared to just using alsace and keeping nj for more singletarget dmg*
fleet 2 is mob fleet, looks aight. what i would recommend over sandy tho is fs5 ibuki w/ aug, can get a better tank than heinrich but not much to nitpick for 95% of opsi content
fleet 3... use avp or ark retro, dear god. replace haku with avp/ark. you are not going to squish them arbiter cheeks with that. frontline is actl pretty solid but seems to lack investment (not lvl 125).
fleet 4... honestly it is whatever so do anything there. as for the idea, it's not that good... but sooner or later you can just use fleets 1 and 3 and leave fleet 4 relatively unused. so whatever

and UR Bullin income is relatively slow compared to the other Bullins so you have to be even more stingy when it comes to Limit breaking URs. It's strongly reccomended to hold off until you have 4 because newer URs will come out and they'd have a high chance of being worth those 4 bullins more than the perament ones
