Wu has a debuf skill thats procs with her secondary guns. She has 2 at lmb but her overall stat line doesn't make ger very appealing damage wise. My main concern was whether or not i should bother using her for the debuff or not, considering I could just swap her with someone else that can actually deal solid gun damagem the debuff is nice to have but its only for related nations. And since I want to mix and match a little, just to screw around, i wasnt convinced shes worth the time to properly invest since i could swap her out with basically anyone else.

Actually her stats aren't that bad. Her fp is low, but its not bellow average unlike Wu. Her torp is fairly modest but its not bellow average like Wu.

Neither is her AA

Every one of Wu's stats (mainly things like health, fp, torp, aa, the bulk of what makes a ship usable) is bellow average

Her skill buff barely even gets her to what i would consider around average due to some outliers
