Am just guessing here, but box and whiskers show data average and spread. Ideally you want the average to be as high as possible (ie less plane leaking, represented by higher position of green dots) and basically narrow/zero width box.

You can see that on the left of Hellcat + Breguet (hell_b), we have quite a wide box, meaning Musashi's projected HP will varied quite widely (ie more RNG). OTOH, if you take Skyrocket + Wyvern (sky_w) the box is very narrow, meaning that we have less variance. Also, sky_w has longer top whiskers, meaning that even under RNG, there is a tendency for Musashi's HP to be higher than average.

If it were me, everything on the right of sky_w are good enough.

CN with Wyvern and Breguet have very wide variance, meaning you are really on the mercy of RNG.

Hellcat + Wyvern is also a good and cheap-ish combination if you don't want to craft that many Flapjacks. Looks like it has even less RNG vs Skyrockets + FW190, Flapjack + FW190, and Pure Skyrockets.

Also, Hellcat + Breguet seems to be good/cheap enough. Granted, you're really on the mercy of RNG but you can save the Wyverns.
