Lots and lots of damage. It only triggers the heal once per fight, and it only heals a set amount, so as long as your fleet does more than I think 30 health bars of damage, you'll make progress.

Bring your subs, the extra damage really helps.

ok #1 thing you need to do is start clearing campaign. Chapter 9 is oil cap start, so you will be able to easily farm gold. Keep pushing campaign and make you goal 12-4. Its the best map for farming coins, xp, and cog chips
