You get cog chips, which if you're grinding for fleet tech are going to be hugely important. Also the stuff for raising stats on meta ships is nice if you're grinding for fleet tech because you'll eventually want to raise many of the meta ships and it's easier if they don't suck as you're doing it.

Hard is 120 for 25 oil with a bit of ship exp
