you dump spare vouchers onto classifieds when you can...you literally only need 1 on Month 2 to get wyvern (cos 4 from month 1, 4 from month 2 guaranteed) so that's the most i'd consider "high priority" for a newbie

meaning if someone cares so much about the classifieds they can just nolife opsi to buy them all the next month while not missing out on anything resettable. and if they dont care enough to do that, then they have no rush in finishing the classifieds to begin with, and thus should prioritize them below resettable coordinates.
