Q: How do I get more fleet technology points?
You get fleet tech points by:

1. Collecting the ship (~20%)
2. Max Limit Breaking it (~45%)
3. Achieving level 120 (~35%)

-Higher rarity ships gives more fleet tech pts .
-Heavier ship hulls also gives more fleet tech pts: CV=BB>CA>CL>DD

Side notes:
-PR ships give more fleet tech pts than normal but follow the above formula with development 30 replacing MLB.
-META ships are considered a separate META faction. They give same bonuses as their non-META versions.
-Collab ships, Muse and little versions of ships e.g. Li'l Sandy, Clevelad and Lena etc do not give any fleet tech pts.
-Iron Blood faction ships receive double the normal tech points compared to other nations.

they also dont grow over night
and new player income also doesnt allow most of the time to buy the boxes beyond the 1 free so accumulating SR boxes is very slow
events are a good source of it

Record Files can only be obtained sequentially, and each set of Record Files are independent of one another

like if you fight one battle itll consume the amount of oil listed for that fleet
for example if i go into a battle with a fleet that consumed 24 oil per battle
that 1 battle will cost me 24 oil
