best way to see is to look at the wiki and their dps against different armor type if you are fighting bosses (and their tradeoffs and weaknesses if you are fighting mobs) while still paying attention to the firing rate, fp stat, and last but not least, ammo type

so for example when u have 4 bulins (or enough spec core for 4) then buy them all in one go and max limit break her
this way u dont have a ship that is partially limit broken
