You were splitting exp between fleets before. It will take a minute for that one fleet to get enough exp to be strong enough to solo if you just switched.

if u raise 2 fleets in an easier chapter of course it is easier for u but u are not being efficient

At world 3 you do not need two fleet. Two fleets will slow you down in progressing. Not until w9 at least is it worth raising a second fleet because oil cap makes things so much more efficient to farm.

Hood doesn't need or want two autoloaders, she'd prefer shells/gear that improves hit/fp. Get her unique augment when you can, and then you can also improve her main gun to something better. Enty and uni are okay for the moment (aside from levels), Lusty's gear is straight up bad. Akagi and Kaga have a mix of usable planes with bad ones and they're not upgraded at all really. Vanguard isn't as bad except for some auxes they don't want, and a general lack of upgrades.
