then you also have urgent comms that can give lots of oil here and there, as well as 5000 oil in the event shop, as well as occasional oils from daily login, as well as maintenance compensation oils and other manjuu handouts which pile up in your mailbox

Just level up strong ships (any URs or top tier SSRs). Ideally you'd level up ships you know you're going to use in the longrun, but that can be tough if you dont have a ton of ships that work together. If you havent already, Operation Siren is great to start ASAP even if you cant fully clear it since it can potentially give you access to very good gear early on. If you dont have a lot of good SSRs, look into ships you can retrofit from Elite to SSR that are good, especially someone like Unicorn who you will basically always have a use for. Clearing worlds 11-12 don't really need specific comps, just high level decent ships, so setting up a good boss and mob fleet should be your priority. Wouldnt worry about worlds 13-15 till you have a lot more ships and can make specific comps to make it easier, but that could take a long time.

Fun answer: just use them to level up ships you like, no real reason to "optimize" them especially because they're very easy to get/buy in bulk. I really dont think its nearly as bad as people say it is, you just need to change a few gears for W13-14. Though ig if you lack ships you'd need to get a bit more creative with counterpicking with gears. Regardless, still think its a good resource especially if you're new imo.

NJ will be slightly less intense to LMB because you are going to get a dupe of her eventually.
Plenty of CV that are non UR are viable at this level, and even W13 I'm told, So no need to rush Rumey.
Unzen is some of the best DPS in her slot and currently the one you wont have a chance for getting dupes of as her event has not replayed.

Personally I would work up Unzen simply because the others have a chance to be less resource intensive, but you probably should just pick the one who will improve your weakest roll at this point.

Well, I’m running an iPhone 13. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. That definitely has some issues with certain aspects of even this game for some reason it says my phone specs don’t even meet the requirements for the living quarters and it may crash.

I even have a brand new iPad that I recently got for replace my old really at a date. It even says the same thing on the living quarters even though it’s brand new and I don’t know why. Other than that though on the iPad it works just fine.
