Grinding world 12, or failing that 9+ also works, but really you should do the event so you're getting event currency along with the coins.

That is the fastest way to get her
it is also good to work on the other PR6 ships if u do that
since if u get another ship in the season to dev30 (or FS5 if they have it) then they stop showing and u will get more kearsarge faces

I should say focusing PR6 is not idealy for your first season
