awaken one ship a week for example. don't go awakening spree in one day

keep in mind we got UR event soonish and youll be wanting to begin building some resources for that

dead week is also when you can spend more willy nilly on research, whereas in event if you need to cut back on research to fund sufficient builds that's more acceptable
