also, before you start, depending if u want spoilers/details about the end requirements, i suggest u have a look at the very least for the end requirements. that way u can try get a "better" ending than neet or 9-5 worker (unless thats what u want lol)
end requirements take a long time to build up, so its best u work towards them from the very beginning

no, if u have a look at the pins in that TB thread, u can see the required stats for endings. u just gotta have those stats when u reach the final week of the game

u can change at any time, however imo the requirements are quite steep, it will be hard to drastically change the later u are in the game

technically theres also some other goals that will guide u there, which do get locked in, such as choosing to train charisma for this time period. however i dont believe u actually have to follow them? they just give a bonus for achieving all the related charisma goals, but they dont force u into training charisma

2- raise ships that give fleet tech (permanent stats to MLB/dev30 ships)
