Since my Amagi (CV) is finally MLB and my napoli/nakhimov are almost dev 30, I was curious where they should fit into my opsi fleet. My current fleets are:

Mob: fdg/indep/unicorn + brest/hindenburg/laffey2
CV: shinano/haku/avp + agir/kazagumo/sirius
BB: bismarck zwei/soyuz/alsace + guam/helena/plymouth
Flex: kearsarge/uvh/nj + kronshtadt/shimakaze/unzen

I'm thinking uvh should definitely be rotated out? not sure past that though

Non-UR events, it depends on how much you want the ships. I always try to get every ship, but I've also been around long enough that I have a huge pile of cubes; newer players without big stockpiles may want to only pull until they get the best ships out of an event and then stop so they're ready if the next event is not kind to them.

You're missing the main point, non MLB ships are garbage because they're missing so much and for non URs and METAs they get leveled capped if they don't have limit breaks
