The hardest part of cats is getting one with base talents that are good. Rerolling eats up GP but you'll eventually get what you want, since gold is easy to come by.

Destiny is better than the other common talents.

Depends what rainbow talents are available to the cat whether you want it.

Comforts are the main source of exp. You should always be filling them, even if it's just random cats that you'll later feed to another.

Yep. It takes a long time to build up cat levels. Once you're there, you can just feed the old cats to new cats w/ better base talents and they're already at level 27 or so.
